Hi, I’m Shelley and I like to listen to people.

New technology is growing and it’s everywhere but I’m a firm believer that impactful experiences comes first from listening to people. I’m a people-first designer and that’s where my process begins. I design end-to-end experiences by understanding the customer problems and data behind it.

This approach has led me to collaborate in cross-functional teams at large companies on customer-facing mobile and web experiences and internal tools. Often, this looks like facilitating design thinking workshops to align on problem and goals, reviewing user research results, analyzing accessibility audits, continuous design iterations, and development production support.

Outside of design, I explore my creativity through dancing, singing, and playing sports like tennis and snowboarding. I love to learn and be active–there is always something on my personal calendar.
